Peacefully, at the Cornwall Hospice on Friday, April 11, 2014 at the age of 66. Beloved husband and best friend of Maureen Margaret McGuire (nee Tucker). Dear brother of Barbara. Predeceased by his parents Frederick Sidney Smith and Daisy Ruth Smith (nee Adsett); and his brother Ronald William Smith. John will be dearly missed by Linda O., his dogs Mabel & Missy, and by his many neighbours and friends. A private family interment will be held in Montreal at a later date.
