I was fortunate enough to work with John in the early 90's. When I was 12 or 13 years old he gave me my first job helping him deliver newspapers in Westmount and then eventually in Ottawa and Vermont/New York State.
He taught me the value of hard work and was always kind to me. Every one we met treated John with utmost respect and I'm very thankful to have known him.
John was a wonderful man and his kindness and quick wit will be missed.
