Obituary of Iris Joyce Morrison

Peacefully, at Lancaster LTC on Sunday, January 24th, 2021. Iris Joyce Morrison (née Hay) formerly of Lochiel, at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late John Hugh Morrison. Loving mother of daughter Brenda Rowe (Phillip) and son Lynn Morrison (Doris). Proud grandmother of grandchildren Leyna Sledz, Jordan Morrison, Hayden Rowe, and Meagan O'Dowd (Ryan); and great grandchildren Nicole, Brady, Lennon, Ellie and Duncan. Survived by her brother Edwin Hay (late Phoebe) and brother Kaye Hay. Predeceased by her parents Thomas J. Hay and Christina Hay (née Ross); granddaughter Sheena Rowe, brother Alexander Hay (Anna Margaret), sister Gertrude Coloviras (George), brother George Hay, sister Jean Hay, sister Lillian MacDonald (Donald), brother Tommy Hay, brother Lance Hay, brother Hubert Hay, and sister Violet Hay. Iris will be dearly missed by her numerous nieces and nephews. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, attendance at Iris' Memorial Service will be limited to her immediate family.
