Obituary of Michèle Ouimet-Buckle

Peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Cornwall Hospice on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the age of 51.  Beloved wife and best friend of Remy Buckle.  Loving mother of Mélissa Larocque and Émilie Larocque (Richard Matt); stepmother of Ashley Leroux-Buckle (Burton Cormier) and Joshua Leroux; and step-grandmother of Lilie-Jordan Cormier.  Dear sister of Manon Van Riel (late Ron) and Stéphanie Ouimet (Dan Holland).  Cherished daughter of Nicole (née Touchette) and the late Roger Ouimet.  Michele will be fondly remembered by her extended family, her many friends and her clientele at “La Maison de Beauté”.  Relatives and friends are requested to gather at the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, ON K0C 1A0 (613) 525-3400 on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from 8:30 – 11:30 am.  A Celebration of the Word will be held in the Chapel of the Glengarry Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 11:30 am.  A reception will follow.  A private interment will be held at a later date.  Memorial donations to the Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.  Condolences/Donations/Tributes may be made online at www.glengarryfuneralhome.com
