Obituary of Anna Grace Legault

Paisiblement, entourée de sa famille au Palais soins de longue durée, Alexandria, le vendredi 25 janvier 2019 à l'âge de 94 ans.  Chère épouse de feu Bruno Legault.  Mère aimante de Raymond (Jeannine Vaillancourt), Clara Lavigne (Maurice), Diane Gravel (André), Lorraine Bériault (feu Lucien), Marc (Shirl Mitchell) et feu Marcel (Micheline Delisle, Boulay).  Grand-mère chérie de Michèle, Stéphane, Mélanie, Manon, Pascal, Robert, Diane, Éric, André, Valérie, Simon, Daniel, Sylvain, Mireille, Éric, Mélanie et Caroline et fière arrière-grand-mère de 32 arrière-petits-enfants.  Elle est survécue par sa soeur Theresa. Elle fut précédée par ses parents Louis et Elizabeth (née Lauber) Lafave; et ses frères et sœurs Marcella, Sylvester, Loretta, Floyd, Wilmont et Melvin.  Grace se souviendra avec tendresse de ses nombreuses nièces, neveux, voisins et amis.  Familles et amis sont priés de se réunir au Salon Funéraire Glengarry, 580, rue Main sud, Alexandria, (613) 525-3400, le jeudi 31 janvier 2019 de 14h à 16h et 19h à 21h et le vendredi 1er février de 9h à 10h30.  Une célébration chrétienne de funérailles aura lieu en l'église Ste-Marie-de-l'Assomption, Green Valley, le vendredi 1er février 2019 à 11h. Une réception suivra à la Salle Fraternité, 49 rue St-Paul, Alexandria.  Enterrement de printemps au Cimetière Ste-Marie-de-l'Assomption, Green Valley. Peacefully, surrounded by her family at The Palace - Long Term Care, Alexandria on Friday, January 25, 2019 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Bruno Legault.  Loving mother of Raymond (Jeannine Vaillancourt), Clara Lavigne (Maurice), Diane Gravel (André), Lorraine Bériault (late Lucien), Marc (Shirl Mitchell) and late Marcel (Micheline Delisle,Boulay).  Cherished grandmother of Michèle, Stéphane, Mélanie, Manon, Pascal, Robert, Diane, Éric, André, Valérie, Simon, Daniel, Sylvain, Mireille, Éric, Mélanie and Caroline and proud great grandmother of 32 great grandchildren. Survived by her sister Theresa.  Predeceased by her parents Louis and Elizabeth (née Lauber) Lafave; and her siblings Marcella, Sylvester, Loretta, Floyd, Wilmont and Melvin.  Grace will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.  Family and friends are requested to gather at the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400, on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 and on Friday February 1, from 9-10:30 am.
