Paisiblement, au maison de soins de longue durée Heartwood, à Cornwall, le dimanche 10 décembre 2017, à l'âge de 93 ans. Il était l'époux bien-aimé de feue Thérèse Bériault (née Leroux). Père bien-aimé de Jeannette (Marc Giguère), Denis (Rose-Hélène Bourbonnais) et Francine (feu Jean-Pierre Leroux). Fier grand-père de Nathalie Giguère (Marcel Moreau), Chantal Giguère (Trevor Armstrong), Stéphane Giguère (Daniella Natalizio), Roxane Bériault (Kevin Bennett), Patrick Bériault (Kira Grigoriev), Isabelle Leroux (Ian Selway) et Mélanie Leroux (Marc-André Lalonde); l'arrière-grand-père de Mélanie Giguère (Bill Thompson), Stephanie Moreau, Mathieu Moreau, Joshua Armstrong, Zachary Armstrong, Christian Giguère, Olivia Bériault, Katherine Bériault, Jacob Selway, Janik Selway, Jeremy Selway, feu Dominic Lalonde, Cédrik Lalonde et Danik Lalonde; et arrière-arrière-grand-père d'Alexandre Thompson, McKenzie Thompson et Emilie Thompson. Fils de feu Joseph Bériault et feue Eva Bériault (née Cholette). Il laisse dans le deuil son frère Paul (feue Jeanne d'Arc Cuillerier) et sa soeur Cécile (feu Raymond Campeau). Prédécédé par son frère Donat (Germaine Claude) et Omer (feue Rosa Campeau). Eldege restera affectueusement dans la mémoire de sa chère amie Berthe Pitre, et de ses nombreux amis et voisins. Les parents et amis sont priés de se réunir au Salon Funéraire Glengarry, 580 rue Main S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 le vendredi 15 décembre 2017 de 8h30 à 10h30. Loving father of Jeannette (Marc Giguère), Denis (Rose-Hélène Bourbonnais) and Francine (late Jean-Pierre Leroux). Proud grandfather of Nathalie Giguère (Marcel Moreau), Chantal Giguère (Trevor Armstrong), Stéphane Giguère (Daniella Natalizio), Roxane Bériault (Kevin Bennett), Patrick Bériault (Kira Grigoriev), Isabelle Leroux (Ian Selway) and Mélanie Leroux (Marc-André Lalonde); great-grandfather of Mélanie Giguère (Bill Thompson), Stephanie Moreau, Mathieu Moreau, Joshua Armstrong, Zachary Armstrong, Christian Giguère, Olivia Bériault, Katherine (Katia) Bériault, Jacob Selway, Janik Selway, Jeremy Selway, the late Dominic Lalonde, Cédrik Lalonde and Danik Lalonde; and great-great-grandfather of Alexandre Thompson, McKenzie Thompson and Emilie Thompson.  Son of the late Joseph Bériault and late Eva Bériault (née Cholette). He is survived by his brother Paul (late Jeanne d'Arc Cuillerier) and sister Cécile (late Raymond Campeau). Predeceased by his brother Donat (Germaine Claude) and Omer (late Rosa Campeau).  Eldege will be fondly remembered by his dear friend Berthe Pitre, and by his many friends and neighbours.
