Suddenly, on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at the age of 66.  Beloved husband of Theresa Mary Bowman (née Wattie).  Loving father of April Bowman (Joseph Branchaud), Nicole MacDonald (Bryan) and Steven Bowman (Julie).  Proud grandfather and great grandfather.  Cherished son of the late Thorold and Iona (née Jarvo) Bowman.  Richard will be fondly remembered by his extended family, neighbours and his many friends.  Family  gathered at the Salon Funéraire Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.  A Mass of Christian Burial was Celebrated at St. Finnan’s Cathedral, Alexandria on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 10:30 am.  Memorial donations to the Carefor Hospice Cornwall or the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
